An update this morning on a story 12-News has been following. The Erie man accused of stealing over $100,000 from the armored car company where he worked, is headed to trial. Police say Mark Tompkins, 22, took $130,000 Loomis Armored Car Company. In court Wednesday, Tompkins waived his right to a preliminary hearing. That automatically sends the case on to a full trial.
