Evictions at Moon Meadows scheduled for today

This afternoon the Moon Meadows evictions came to a head. CLICK FOR VIDEO This comes after a ruling by the Erie County Health Department that the sewage system at the campground did not meet state health codes.
Moon Meadows owner, Tom Peckham says, "We've been here 14 years, 4 months..we've never changed anything we've done. We operate the same we do now."
The campground has been under investigation for over a year now and today the Sheriff Department showed up to take action against the owner.
"Well Judge Connelly ruled that this place is unsafe. The safety and well-being of all these people that live here and for that, we're going to follow his court order and do what we have to do here. We don't want to see these people displaced, but we have to follow the court order." said Chief Jon Habursky of the Sheriff's office.
The Sheriff's office tells us that a bench warrant has been issued for Moon Meadows owner, Tom Peckham.
